Description:

Just Real Warsaw PMs Sharing Their AI Workflows

We're excited to restart ProductTank Warsaw under new leadership, taking over from Paulina Grodzicka who built this community. Our mission stays the same: bringing Warsaw's product community together to learn from each other's real-world experiences.

For our first meetup, we're tackling something you constantly hear about on social media: applying AI in product management.

The straight truth is that some PMs are quietly using AI tools every single day to ship faster, make better decisions, and reclaim hours of their week.

Join us, and you'll hear from two Warsaw product leaders who are in the trenches applying these technologies. Not consultants. Not vendors. Just what's working right now, today, in Warsaw.

Let's get started.

## Marek Trawiński

Title: Does your interlocutor have to be human? Synthetic personas in the new era of research and AI

When creating products for people, do we still need to research only people? Can a conversation with AI be more valuable than with a real person? Or is this all just fooling yourself?

Marek will share results from XTB's comparison study: how synthetic personas performed against real users, and what that means for your research practice.

The practical case:

  • How to create credible synthetic personas and digital twins—plus which tools to use
  • Which project stages and situations they work for (and where they don't replace in-depth interviews)
  • Real comparison data: synthetic vs. human responses at XTB

Perfect research you never run loses to imperfect research you run today. Think about it: No recruitment costs, no incentives, no calendar coordination. Fail fast behind closed doors before you waste real users' time.

Bio: A manager and UX leader with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Previously, he co-founded one of the largest Polish UX agencies. He has worked on digital projects for over 150 clients in Poland, Europe, and worldwide. At XTB, he is responsible for developing the research department and building a culture of curiosity based on data. A "skeptical enthusiast" and practitioner of AI technology in research and product processes. Privately, he develops research on understanding the relationship and interaction between humans and artificial intelligence. He believes that "there is no AI without UX" and that "human-centered AI" is something we should focus on in the coming years, but with great caution and responsibility. Privately, he is a fan of MTB bikes, ukulele, and drums. Father of two wonderful daughters.

## Michał Krajewski

Title: How AI saves me 8+ hours every week as a Product Manager

Michal will share specific workflows he uses regularly that reclaim hours each week:

  • Claude for experiment analysis – compressed full-day A/B test deep-dives into 30-minute sessions with rigorous statistics and stakeholder-ready charts
  • Lovable for concept validation – built a working prototype in an hour that replaced a 3-week dev sprint and secured project approval
  • Deep Research for market analysis – generated comprehensive intelligence that backed up our strategy with hard data
  • Google NotebookLM for feedback synthesis – distilled 8,000+ survey responses in minutes to identify top user pain points
  • Bonus: Claude Code for PMs – how I leverage it outside traditional engineering tasks

This session delivers concrete, replicable examples you can implement immediately to increase your impact while reducing busywork.

Bio: Michał Krajewski leads product initiatives at GOG.com (CD PROJEKT Group), bringing over a decade of expertise in product management and data science. His career spans developing multi-million dollar analytical systems at Nielsen, driving conversion optimization for billion-dollar platforms at Bold, and creating innovative business models that serve users worldwide. Michał is also the voice behind "Tak by było dobrze", a podcast delivering actionable insights to thousands of product professionals across Poland.
